**Job Description:** Mentorship Services Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as a Mentorship Services Coordinator. This role involves coordinating mentorship services for care leavers and young people in care, focusing on their personal development and independence.

You will work closely with Social Workers, Young Persons Advisors, children's homes, and partner agencies to ensure that young people receive the support they need to thrive. Your expertise in program coordination will enable you to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring seamless delivery of mentorship services.

This is a dynamic and fast-paced role, requiring flexibility and a solution-focused approach. The successful candidate will be able to build strong relationships with young people, their families, and other professionals, demonstrating empathy and understanding.

The salary for this position is £14.41 per hour, reflecting the importance of this role in supporting vulnerable young people.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  1. Mentorship Service Coordination: Coordinate mentorship services for care leavers and young people in care.
