Customer Service Coordinator

About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Customer Service Coordinator to join our team at KPI People in Wolverhampton. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for meeting and greeting customers, explaining work due to be carried out, and liaising with various teams.
- Meet and greet customers, ensuring a positive experience from the start.
- Explain the work that needs to be done in a clear and concise manner.
- Accurately complete courtesy car insurance paperwork.
- Keep customers informed about the progress of their work through regular updates and communication.
- Liaise with the Workshop, Parts Department, Valeting Team, and Drivers to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow.
- Invoice customers for work completed and provide explanations for any charges.
- Quote, introduce, and sell Service Plans to customers.
- Ensure all Warranty paperwork is correctly completed.
- Deliver exceptional customer service at all times, providing a high level of satisfaction to our valued customers.
- Previous Service Advisor experience is essential.
- You should have 2+ years of stable face-to-face Customer Service experience.
- A full UK driving licence is required.
- Motor Trade experience is desirable.
