We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented CUSTOMER RELATIONS COORDINATOR to join our team. In this office-based role, located near the Shropshire/Staffordshire/West Midlands border, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and experience in the financial services sector.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Scheduling client appointments and ensuring effective communication
  2. Distributing client meeting packs and maintaining accurate records
  3. Logging all client calls and responding in a timely manner
  4. Inputting data into Salesforce to maintain accurate client information
  5. Processing fund switches, rebalances, and withdrawals as required
  6. Preparing business submission documents to support client objectives
  7. Liaising with the Paraplanning team to ensure seamless service delivery
  8. Ensuring adherence to GDPR and FCA protocols to maintain regulatory compliance
