Pick for Britain is looking for an Office Coordinator to support our team in providing exceptional customer service and administrative assistance.
About the Role:
- We are seeking a highly organized individual to manage day-to-day office tasks, including ordering office supplies and maintaining equipment.
- The successful candidate will respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordination of schedules and appointments for site visits and installations will be a key responsibility.
- The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to liaise with external vendors and service providers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the team.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in office administration or a similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Knowledge or experience in the windows and doors industry is a plus but not required.
Estimated Salary Range: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum.
