About the Role:

As an Office Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office, providing administrative assistance, managing sales and purchasing activities, and coordinating site visits and meetings.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure. They should also have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in Microsoft packages.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support, including managing sales and purchasing activities, coordinating site visits and meetings, and preparing quotations and purchase orders
  • Manage supplier relationships, ensuring timely order progress and resolving any issues
  • Maintain accurate records, including filing and basic administrative tasks
  • Support field-based engineers to ensure smooth work schedules

The salary for this role is estimated to be around $55,000 per annum, depending on experience, with benefits including 25 days holiday per year, work pension, and a collaborative working environment.
