Junior Accounting Coordinator

As a Financial Operations Assistant at Agility Resourcing, you will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy and efficiency of our financial processes. This includes processing customer sales orders and invoices, preparing and loading supplier payment runs, matching purchase orders and posting invoices, coordinating data collection figures, and assisting with monthly stock take reconciliation and year-end reporting.
Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Process customer sales orders and invoices.
- Prepare and load the supplier payment run.
- Match purchase orders and post invoices.
- Coordinate data collection figures.
- Control petty cash and maintain various accounts.
- Assist with monthly stock take reconciliation and year-end reporting.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience in finance, be self-motivated, have high organisational skills, and be able to work effectively as part of a team. A degree in accounting or a related field is also desirable.
