Job Overview:

Safehands Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Children's Services Lead to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the manager in the day-to-day running of our award-winning Ofsted care service.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the manager in service management and ensure the smooth operation of the care service.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a commitment to providing high-quality care and support to service users.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Level 3 - Children's Care qualification and experience in children's care are essential.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary and Benefits: We offer a competitive salary, estimated to be around £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as regular pay reviews, career development opportunities, birthday holiday bonus, pension scheme, and refer a friend scheme.
