Job Description: The Social Academy is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Social Worker to join their Children's Social Work team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of vulnerable children and families, conducting assessments, and providing support and guidance where necessary.

Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of complex cases, providing individualized support and guidance to service users
- Conduct thorough assessments of children and families to identify their needs and develop effective support plans
- Collaborate closely with other professionals, including healthcare workers and teachers, to ensure comprehensive support for service users

Requirements:
- A DipSW or equivalent qualification
- Registration with the HCPC
- Current DBS clearance
- At least 2 years' experience working in a Children's Social Work team
