About the Role

We are looking for a compassionate and positive individual to join our team as a Children's Residential Support Professional. As a key member of our team, you will provide invaluable support to children and young people in our care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet the needs of the children and young people in line with OFSTED regulations.
  • Organise and facilitate social activities, such as days out, community work, and holidays.
  • Contribute to the day-to-day running of the home, including laundry, housekeeping, shopping, meal preparation, and other tasks.
  • Attend and participate in team meetings, sharing ideas and best practices.
  • Work closely with our clinical team and local authorities.

Requirements:

  • A positive and caring attitude, with a focus on providing excellent support to children and young people.
  • Flexibility, reliability, and adaptability, with the ability to read situations and help young people make positive choices.
  • Basic life skills, with experience working with children or in health and social care an advantage, but not essential.
  • A full UK driving licence is desirable, although not essential.
