Kingston Noble is seeking a dedicated and experienced Residential Care Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our brand-new 2-bed residential home in Wolverhampton. As part of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the home meets high standards in line with Ofsted regulations and provides the highest quality care and support for children.

">About the Role
  • To lead and manage the staff team, providing guidance, supervision, and support to ensure they deliver exceptional care and services to the children in our care.
  • To develop and implement care plans tailored to the individual needs of each child, working closely with external stakeholders and families.
  • To maintain strong relationships with children, families, and external partners, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements:
  • A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent).
  • At least 2 years' experience managing a children's residential home, preferably with a focus on emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD).
  • Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and children's home legislation.
  • Demonstrable experience in working with children with EBD, including developing and implementing care plans.
  • Passion for delivering high-quality care and making a positive impact in the lives of children.
  • Full UK driving license.
