Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Identify new business opportunities and develop tailored recruitment solutions to meet client needs
- Generate revenue growth through new business development, client retention, and upselling existing services
- Work closely with internal recruitment teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions
Requirements:
- Valid UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential
- Strong sales and account management experience, preferably within the recruitment industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems and ability to use technology effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Benefits:
- Competitive salary range: £50,000 - £65,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
- Comprehensive bonus scheme: up to 25% of annual salary based on individual and company performance
