We are looking for a highly skilled Global Partnerships Lead to join our team in London. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales excellence and growth through strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target companies.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our client base.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback to improve team effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 7+ years of experience in B2B sales either in software, retail, real estate, recruitment, or other relevant industries, with at least 4 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of sales cycles, methodologies, and selling to small and large organizations.
  • £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
