Sales Performance Lead

We are looking for a talented Sales Performance Lead - Partnerships to join our team at Worldline. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales performance and growth through strategic partnerships with multiregion and ISV partners.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and grow existing partnerships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Analyze performance metrics to inform sales decisions and optimize sales processes.
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in sales or business development, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong analytical skills, with ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- A salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
