We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Performance Lead Developer to join our team. As a leader, you will play a critical role in helping reps reach/exceed their required targets for prospect/customer engagements, qualified meetings & booked opportunities aligned to pipeline creation targets.

- Lead a team of sales professionals to ensure they meet or exceed their targets.

- Proven track record of driving sales performance and achieving revenue growth.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Experience working with CRM systems, such as Salesforce.
- Competitive salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum.
