About the Job

Law Business Research Limited is seeking an experienced Sales Performance Optimization Lead to join our team in London. As a key member of our sales operations team, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and improving sales efficiency.

Main Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include developing sales strategies, optimizing sales processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business results. You will work closely with sales leaders to set sales goals, track performance, and identify areas for improvement.

What You Will Do
  1. Sales Strategy Development
  • Sales Forecasting: Develop sales forecasts, quotas, and targets in collaboration with sales leaders.
  • Goal Setting: Help set individual and team sales goals that align with the overall business objectives.
Sales Process Optimization
  • Workflow Automation: Implement and optimize sales tools and technologies to automate workflows, reducing manual tasks for sales reps.
  • Data Integrity: Ensure the accuracy and cleanliness of sales data within the CRM and other sales-related platforms.
Performance Analysis and Reporting
  • Sales Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on individual, team, and organizational sales performance against set metrics and targets.
  • KPI Analysis: Regularly assess key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
Sales Compensation Management
  • Quota Setting and Compensation Plans: Assist in the design and implementation of sales compensation plans that motivate sales performance while aligning with business goals.
Risk Management
  • Deal Review: Participate in reviewing and approving deals, ensuring that pricing, discounts, and contract terms are aligned with company policies.
Requirements
  • 2+ years relevant experience, with solid knowledge of:
  • Budgeting & Forecasting methodologies and systems
  • Excel modelling and financial reporting
  • SaaS/recurring revenue business models
  • Strong analytical skills, with ability to interpret complex data and drive insights
  • A strong desire to learn and grow with our organization

Salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including pension scheme, private healthcare, and generous parental leave.
