Sales Optimization Lead Job Description

Fashion Jobs is a leading fashion retailer seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Optimization Lead to join our team. As a Sales Optimization Lead, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and optimizing sales processes across our stores.

About the Role:
This position involves analyzing sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for sales optimization. You will work closely with our buying teams to develop and implement sales optimization strategies, focusing on maximizing full price sales and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for sales optimization.

- Collaborate with store teams to ensure effective execution of sales optimization plans.

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in retail sales or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive business decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
