Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales Process Optimization Lead to join our team at Blott Studio. This is a unique opportunity to shape the sales strategy and drive commercial growth.

The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and implementing sales processes, standardizing operational workflows, and creating documented details of all aspects of process execution.

Key responsibilities include developing and executing commercial business plans, ensuring key strategies and tactics are executed flawlessly, and collaborating with the broader commercial leadership team.

An estimated salary range for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
