About the Position: We are looking for an experienced Business Process Optimization Lead to join our team at Transform Together Consulting. In this role, you will be responsible for working closely with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document requirements from technical and non-technical stakeholders. You will also need to identify and automate opportunities through business process analysis, using understanding of process mapping methodologies (SIPOC, BPMN etc.).

A successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of Business Analysis experience, with financial services experience across Investments, Insurance, Asset Management, or Wealth Management being essential. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills are also necessary, as well as a natural collaborative approach to work, able to bring consensus within challenging stakeholder groups.
