Enterprise Sales and Partnerships Lead Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Sales and Partnerships Lead to join our team at KPMG UK. This is an exciting opportunity to drive enterprise-level sales, develop strategic partnerships, and leverage your expertise in Microsoft solutions sales.

About the Role

  • Develop and execute a demand generation strategy for key industry markets, driving pipeline and sales to agreed KPIs.
  • Position and promote Microsoft offerings through KPMG Microsoft Business Solutions, focusing on key industry segments.
  • Lead the generation of pipeline and execution of sales for the organisation, identifying opportunities for diversification across sub-industries, emerging technologies, and services propositions.
  • Collaborate with the delivery organisation to ensure successful project delivery and long-term relationship development.

Requirements

  • Highly experienced working in Microsoft solution sales, with strong knowledge of Microsoft technology (Dynamics 365, Office 365, Azure).
  • Strong cross-industry experience (Public Sector, Financial Services, Consumer Markets) and ability to develop a demand generation strategy for a Microsoft solution sales team.
  • Demonstrable track record developing long-term profitable relationships with mid-to-large-sized organisations.
  • Experience leading Microsoft-centric transformation deals with values in excess of £2m and developing front- and back-office transformation propositions using Microsoft technology.

We offer a competitive salary of £85,000 - £105,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as excellent benefits and opportunities for career development.
