Enterprise Sales Director

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our enterprise growth initiatives in the US market. As VP Enterprise Growth, you will be responsible for building and managing a high-performing sales team, driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships, and identifying new business opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in enterprise sales, with a strong understanding of the B2B SaaS landscape. You will work closely with our marketing and presales teams to develop targeted strategies and execute plans to drive growth and expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- BUILD AND MANAGE A HIGH-PERFORMING ENTERPRISE SALES TEAM
- DRIVE REVENUE GROWTH THROUGH STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIPS
- IDENTIFY NEW BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES IN THE US MARKET
- WORK CLOSELY WITH MARKETING AND PRESALES TEAMS TO DEVELOP TARGETED STRATEGIES
Requirements:
- PROVEN TRACK RECORD OF SUCCESS IN ENTERPRISE SALES
- STRONG UNDERSTANDING OF THE B2B SAA S LANDSCAPE
- ABILITY TO BUILD AND MANAGE HIGH-PERFORMING TEAMS
- EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION AND COLLABORATION SKILLS
Salary Range: $160k - $210k OTE $400k
