About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Director of Partner Sales to lead our global partner agency sales strategy, focusing on increasing Trustpilot's market share through partnerships.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in sales, with a strong focus on SaaS, digital marketing, e-commerce, or review management solutions.

  • Meet or Exceed Sales Targets: Drive new business through channel partnerships and expand Trustpilot's presence across multiple sectors.
  • Sales Pipeline Development: Identify new partnership opportunities and oversee the entire sales pipeline, ensuring a consistent flow of new business and revenue growth.
  • Performance Analysis: Regularly generate and present detailed sales performance reports to senior leadership, using Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive channel sales effectiveness and optimization.
  • Upsell and Cross-Sell: Collaborate with account management teams to identify and capitalize on upselling opportunities within existing customer organizations, particularly in the Enterprise segment, leveraging channel partner capabilities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  1. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and closing deals in a competitive environment.
  2. Extensive experience in enterprise software or solutions sales, with demonstrated success in building and scaling global channel programs.
  3. Leadership experience in a sales management or leadership role, successfully overseeing teams and aligning their performance with organisational goals.
  4. Expertise in developing strategies to generate high-quality leads and close sales through effective relationship building and negotiation.
  5. Willingness to travel as needed to support partnerships and represent Trustpilot at key events.
