Enterprise Sales Lead

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Lead to join our Networking and Security team. As a senior sales leader, you will be responsible for leading from the front, spending as much time in front of customers as possible, and helping to develop your team into a high-performing and effective sales force.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience managing an enterprise-level sales team, relevant experience in the Networking and Security market, and front-line sales experience in relevant technologies or solutions.
You will drive the Networking and Security value proposition into our enterprise customers at a leadership level, qualify, construct, and close high-complexity technology and professional services deals with some of the world's largest customers.
You will also support, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team, work with strategic vendor partnerships to identify new opportunities for partnering, and build lasting relationships with key stakeholders at identified customers.
Our ideal candidate will have a strong commercial acumen, excellent communication and presentation skills, and a deep understanding of complex sales cycles and governance processes.
The estimated salary for this role is £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
