Key Account Growth Manager

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for attracting new business to support our growth.
The successful candidate will have the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of our small but growing team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a company that prioritises health and safety, adheres to deadlines and budgets, and prides itself on being flexible, professional, and dedicated to each client and project.
We are looking for a skilled Business Development Manager to lead our efforts in securing new work in the Hampshire area. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and numerical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
In terms of compensation, we offer a competitive base salary of £45,000 per annum, plus profit share based on meeting KPIs, team incentives and outings, pension scheme, 23 days holiday, and a company vehicle.
