Sales and Account Growth Manager

We're seeking a highly motivated Sales and Account Growth Manager to join our team in Southampton. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and delivering exceptional results.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing sales strategies to grow revenue and expand client relationships
- Working closely with clients to understand their skill needs and provide tailored solutions
- Utilising data and analytics to inform sales decisions and improve performance
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven track record of sales success in a similar industry or role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
We offer a competitive salary of £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including access to training and development opportunities.
