Business Growth and Development Executive

Certus Sales Recruitment is pleased to offer a dynamic business development opportunity for an experienced Business Growth and Development Executive to join our client's team. This role requires a proactive individual with a passion for sales and business development, focusing on driving growth and expanding our client's presence in the environmental services market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business growth through market research, identifying trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes within the environmental services sector.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create and execute effective sales strategies and marketing campaigns, maximizing revenue growth and market share.
- Prepare and present high-quality proposals and bids for potential clients, highlighting our client's expertise and value proposition.
- Network with industry professionals, promoting our client's services and expanding their client base.
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and driving growth.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Environmental Science, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in environmental services, chemicals, waste management, etc.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
