Job Title: Business Growth Specialist

This role involves developing and executing demand generation activities to achieve growth targets. The bulk of this role will be following up on warm leads and turning them into success stories.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation: Identify new business opportunities through prospecting and outreach to potential customers.
  • Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to create outreach plans engaging new prospects.
  • Target Achievement: Consistently meet quarterly sales and activity targets.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and track progress in the sales CRM.
  • Data Enhancement: Update customer data for better quality and informed outreach.
  • Personal and Financial Goals: Meet individual performance targets and financial objectives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Support business development and organizational growth with other departments.
  • Continuous Learning: Participate in ongoing training to develop skills and stay informed about industry trends.
  • Strategic Campaigns: Partner with Sales and Marketing to design effective sales campaigns.

Experience needed for this position includes:

  • Proven Experience: Leading and executing demand/lead generation campaigns for B2B solutions.
  • Track Record of Success: Consistently meeting or exceeding sales and activity targets.
  • Customer-Centric Focus: Delivering value to customers and developing campaigns impacting MQLs and driving sales pipeline growth.
  • Stakeholder Management: Managing multiple stakeholders and prioritizing tasks across a broad scope.
  • Analytical and Strategic Mindset: Strong problem-solving, strategic thinking, and analytical skills.

Salary: Flexible salary dependent on sales experience and sector experience, with uncapped commission.
