As a Fleet Van Business Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to expand the fleet van customer base.

You will generate leads through cold calling, networking, attending industry events, and conducting market research.

Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute campaigns that attract new business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development & Sales: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the fleet van customer base.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients to drive repeat business.
  • Product Knowledge & Consultation: Stay informed on the latest van models, fleet management solutions, and industry developments.
  • Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market analysis to understand industry trends, the competitive landscape, and growth opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, ideally within the automotive or fleet van sector.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with the fleet van and commercial vehicle industry, knowledge of financing options, leasing models, and operational cost analysis for fleet clients.
  • Adaptability: Flexible and able to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.

Estimated salary: £35,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a car allowance and industry-leading commission.
