Strategic Growth Executive

As a Strategic Growth Executive, you will play a key role in driving business development and commercial growth for Redline Group Ltd. This exciting opportunity is based in Southampton, working with a world leader in the development of scientific instrumentation.
The team has extensive experience in selling to R&D and OEM customers, offering a range of stock crystals and waveguides, as well as designing custom chips for demanding customers. The successful candidate will work closely with the team to develop and implement strategies that drive business growth.
This role offers an attractive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business development strategies to drive commercial growth
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including R&D and OEM customers
Requirements:
- Proven track record of business development and commercial growth
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
