About the Role
Ribbons and Reeves Limited is seeking a highly skilled Behaviour Intervention Coach to join our team in Kingston. As a Behaviour Support Assistant, you will work with primary-aged children with SEMH and EBD, developing strategies to support their social, emotional, and academic growth.

The successful candidate will have a First-Class Degree from a Top 20 UK University and a strong background in education. A passion for working with children and helping those with additional learning needs is essential.

This full-time, term-time only position offers an estimated salary of £23,000 - £26,000 per annum, paid weekly via PAYE, inclusive of Holiday Pay. The ideal candidate will be motivated to develop their skills and experience in supporting children with SEMH and EBD.

Your Responsibilities

  • Designing and implementing behaviour intervention plans to support students with SEMH and EBD;
  • Collaborating with teachers and other professionals to create a safe and supportive learning environment;
  • Providing one-to-one and group support to students with SEMH and EBD;
  • Monitoring and reporting student progress to teachers and parents/carers.
