Education Support Worker

Ribbons and Reeves Limited, a leading education recruiter, is seeking an exceptional Education Support Worker to join our team in Kingston.
The ideal candidate will have a First-Class Degree from a Top 20 UK University and a strong desire to apply themselves fully and learn on the job.
This Behaviour Intervention Assistant role offers a competitive salary of £480-500 per week, paid weekly via PAYE, inclusive of holiday pay.
As an Education Support Worker, you will be responsible for supporting inclusive learning by addressing the needs of children with Social, Emotional and Mental Health Needs (SEMH) and Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).
You will work 1:1 or in small groups with children with SEMH needs, collaborating with the faculty, SENDCo, and SEN professionals to support the holistic development of students.
A resilient and determined individual with a passion for working with children and helping those with additional learning needs is required.
