Job Title: Full Time Teaching AssistantLocation: Kingston

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Graduate to work within our dynamic team as a Supporting Student Learning Role.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the development and education of children, working closely with the class teacher and other staff members. As an Education Support Professional, you will assist in planning and delivering engaging activities that cater to the needs of children.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in planning and delivering engaging activities that cater to the needs of children, promoting their social, emotional, and cognitive development.
  • Support the class teacher in maintaining a safe and inclusive environment for all children, fostering a positive learning atmosphere.
  • Monitor and assess children's progress, maintaining accurate records, and providing constructive feedback to support their growth.

Salary: £85 per day (approximate annual salary: £18,180)

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in education is highly desirable, although training can be provided for the right candidate.
  • A valid Enhanced DBS check or willingness to obtain one prior to commencing employment.
  • Fluent English language skills and solid reading/writing abilities, essential for effective communication with children and colleagues.
