Behaviour Intervention Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to make a positive impact on the lives of young people.
This full-time role is based in various school settings, requiring an adaptable individual to support students with challenging behaviours in 1:1 and small group settings within the classroom.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide tailored support to students, redirecting negative behaviours and promoting engagement.
- Implement strategies to manage and de-escalate adverse behaviours.
- Collaborate with teachers to develop behaviour plans tailored to each student's needs.
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers to aid in their social and emotional development.
- Experience in PRU settings is preferred but not essential.
- Trainings in Conflict Resolution or Team Teach are valuable.
- The ideal candidate will demonstrate resilience, empathy, and ability to set clear boundaries in a structured learning environment.
- A collaborative spirit and flexibility are crucial for effective working relationships and success in this role.
£28,000 - £35,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
