SEND Support Professional

We are seeking a skilled Behaviour Support Assistant to join our team at Ribbons & Reeves. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to develop their skills and experience in supporting children with additional needs.
About the Role
As a Behaviour Support Assistant, you will work closely with teachers, SENDCo, and SEN professionals to create a safe and inclusive learning environment. You will be responsible for supporting students with SEMH and EBD needs through individualised strategies and interventions.
Your Key Skills and Qualifications
- Relevant degree or equivalent experience in a SEND setting.
- Experience working with children with SEMH and EBD needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Salary and Benefits
The salary for this role is £24,000 - £28,000 per annum, paid weekly via PAYE, inclusive of holiday pay. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits including professional development opportunities and access to a network of education professionals.
