Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (HSEQ) Coordinator to join our team at Gregory Distribution Careers. As an HSEQ Coordinator, you will play a critical role in promoting a culture of safety, environmental responsibility, and quality excellence within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and Support HSEQ Strategies: Promote the Gregory Way by supporting the Gregory Group Objectives and the businesses primary Purpose (5P's), through leading and supporting the Group's Health & Safety, Environmental and Quality strategies.
  • Monitor and Support Sites: Monitor and support sites Health & Safety and Quality, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Champion HSEQ Standards: Champion ways to improve the Group's Health & Safety and Quality standards and awareness, including the Group H&S Reporting Management System.
  • Provide Regulatory Guidance: Advise sites on all relevant regulations, best practice, trends, and legal compliance, ensuring that our organization remains up-to-date with the latest requirements.
  • Deploy HSEQ Management System: Assist in the deployment of the Company's Health & Safety Management System to maintain ISO 45001 and ISO9001 and BRC accreditations.
  • Support Operational Start-ups: Support new operational start-ups, ensuring that they are properly equipped to meet our HSEQ standards.
  • Foster Relationships: Foster strong relationships with and influence operational business areas, working collaboratively to drive continuous improvements in HSEQ management processes and metrics.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in HSEQ roles, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage with operational business areas.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement improvements in HSEQ management processes and metrics.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and business outcomes.
