We are seeking a highly skilled QHSE Advisor to join our team at Jackson Hogg. As a Global company specializing in Renewable's, Oil & Gas, and Water, we are committed to maintaining the highest levels of quality and safety in our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement QHSE Standards: Design, implement, and maintain QHSE policies, procedures, and standards across all our locations and product lines.
  • Conduct Audits and Inspections: Regularly conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with internal and external requirements, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Report on QHSE Performance: Provide regular reports on QHSE performance, highlighting areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Risk Assessments and Hazard Identification: Conduct risk assessments and hazard identification, implementing appropriate control measures to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Quality Management Systems: Develop and maintain quality management systems in line with ISO standards, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement.
  • Collaboration with Production and Operations Teams: Coordinate with production and operations teams to resolve quality issues and drive continuous improvement.
  • Environmental Initiatives: Implement initiatives to reduce environmental regulations and company policies, promoting sustainability and environmental responsibility.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: NEBOSH and IOSH qualified.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a QHSE role, preferably within the energy or manufacturing industries.
  • Knowledge and Skills: In-depth knowledge of QHSE management systems, standards, and regulations (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 24002, ISO 45001). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
