Job Summary:

The Gregory Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Health, Safety, Environment & Quality (HSEQ) Coordinator to join our team. As an HSEQ Coordinator, you will play a critical role in promoting a culture of safety and quality within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HSEQ strategies: Work with the HSEQ team to develop and implement effective HSEQ strategies that align with the company's objectives and goals.
  • Monitor and improve HSEQ performance: Monitor and analyze HSEQ performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Provide HSEQ training and support: Provide HSEQ training and support to employees to ensure they have the necessary knowledge and skills to perform their jobs safely and effectively.
  • Conduct HSEQ audits and inspections: Conduct regular HSEQ audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Develop and maintain HSEQ documentation: Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date HSEQ documentation, including policies, procedures, and records.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders: Collaborate with stakeholders, including employees, management, and external partners, to promote a culture of safety and quality.

Requirements:

  • Proven HSEQ experience: A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role, ideally in a related industry such as distribution and warehousing.
  • Industry-recognized qualifications: An industry-recognized qualification, such as the NEBOSH National General Certificate (or equivalent).
  • Excellent communication skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Strong analytical skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and identify areas for improvement.
  • Flexibility and adaptability: Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
