Job Summary

Bilfinger UK is a leading engineering and maintenance provider, supporting customers across various industries. We are seeking a skilled Classified Worker Coordinator to join our team.

Main Responsibilities

  • Raise and maintain accurate health records and dose records for classified workers.
  • Arrange and coordinate IR medicals, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Monitor and manage expiry dates for ionising radiation medical examinations.
  • Issue and manage TLDs (Trackers of Low Dose) to project teams.
  • Apply for notional doses to be removed from dose records, as applicable.
  • Request termination forms and provide dose records to classified workers.
  • Advise the Senior RPS on classified worker status and ensure records are accurate and secure.
  • Coordinate investigations and gather relevant information.

Requirements

  • General administrative skills with a desire to develop and progress.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong IT skills, with proficiency in relevant software and systems.
