Position Overview

We are currently seeking a Quality Assurance Coordinator to join our Subsea division. This role is essential in ensuring that operational service quality is consistently delivered with a focus on safety and compliance with our management systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for all quality assurance issues within your designated area, providing guidance on incident investigations and service quality expectations.
  • Champion the implementation and adherence to Expro's health, safety, environment, and quality (HSEQ) protocols to maintain a uniform approach and clarity of objectives.
  • Conduct site visits to various Expro locations to verify compliance with HSEQ standards and assist teams in identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with local teams on-site to provide coaching on HSEQ policies and practices, ensuring these standards are ingrained in daily operations.
  • Assist management in setting and achieving service quality objectives, fostering a culture of continuous improvement in key quality areas.
  • Ensure that HSEQ policies and standards are comprehensively understood and implemented, providing necessary training to staff as required.
  • Oversee the reporting and investigation of accidents and near misses, ensuring effective corrective actions are taken and documented.
  • Manage non-conformance reports, leading investigations into significant service quality incidents and ensuring timely resolution.
  • Monitor service quality metrics to ensure compliance with reporting standards, including key performance indicators and scheduled inspections, while effectively communicating relevant HSEQ information.
  • Organize or conduct HSEQ audits in line with the established audit schedule.
  • Contribute to HSEQ proposals and bids as necessary.
  • May involve supervising team members, including workload management and mentoring.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Significant experience in a health, safety, environment, and quality (HSEQ) or product line setting, demonstrating strong technical expertise.
  • A degree in a relevant field is preferred.
  • NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent certification is required.
  • IRCA Lead Assessor qualification or similar industry accreditation is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with ISO standards and systems is essential.
