Job Title: Meeting Recorder and Administrator
About the JobWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Meeting Recorder and Administrator to join our team in either Newtownabbey or Ballymena. The successful candidate will be responsible for recording key points, decisions and actions from meetings, and providing administrative support to the team.
Key Responsibilities- Record key points, decisions and actions from meetings
- Provide administrative support to the team, including organizing, editing and distributing minutes to relevant people
- Assist in any basic administration duties
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Strong experience in minute taking
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
We offer a competitive rate of pay of £12.86 per hour, plus benefits including inclusion into our company pension scheme and minimum of 28 days annual leave (pro rata). First Choice is an equal opportunities employer.
Skills and QualificationsYou will have:
- Proven experience in minute taking
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Able to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
We estimate that this role is worth around £25,000-£30,000 per annum, based on a 37-hour week and 52 weeks per year. Please note that this is an estimate and actual salary may vary depending on experience and qualifications.
