Salary

Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Administration Specialist to provide essential support to our healthcare trust in Ballymena. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, maintaining accurate records, and handling sensitive data with confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide clerical support to management, including filing, photocopying, and dealing with incoming and outgoing enquiries.
- Maintain patient records and handle confidential data.
- Utilize relevant computer software and systems to arrange appointments and meetings as requested.

Requirements
- Minimum 12 months of clerical/administrative experience essential.
- Knowledge of healthcare/medical/public sector desirable.
- Excellent organizational skills, effective communication, and ability to manage workload independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and scheduling software.

Working Environment
The successful candidate will work in a busy office environment, with regular interactions with patients and staff. They must be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data effectively.
