About the Company

Our client is a fast-growing, successful B2B SaaS provider with a global workforce of 150 people and multi-million YoY growth. They are expanding their US team and looking for an experienced sales leader to drive growth in the enterprise market.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will lead and grow a team of Enterprise Sales Reps, focusing on driving new business sales and retention in the enterprise market. Key responsibilities include developing and executing a sales strategy, building and managing a high-performing sales team, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in enterprise sales leadership roles
  • Strong sales and leadership skills, with experience in building and managing high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Familiarity with salesforce.com and other CRM tools

Compensation:

The estimated salary for this role is $160k – $210k, with uncapped OTE up to $400k. The location is East Coast, USA.
