VP of US B2B SaaS Enterprise Sales

**About the Role:** We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Director to lead our US B2B SaaS sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and managing high-performing sales teams, driving revenue growth and developing strategic relationships with key clients.
**Key Accountabilities:*
- To assess existing sales reps and motivate them for enhanced performance
- To build and manage a B2B Enterprise SaaS sales team capable of exceeding incremental and renewal targets
- To manage, coach and develop the team to improve pipeline coverage, conversion rates / velocity / average order value and sales capabilities on customer engagement
