Pre-Sales Solution Consultant

We are looking for a Pre-Sales Solution Architect to lead our Customer Adoption organisation and engage with Global Accounts.
Your ResponsibilitiesYou will:
- Partner closely with Global Account Executives throughout the sales cycle.
- Perform deep enterprise-wide discovery to diagnose customer issues and develop an understanding of their current environment.
- Drive value through the New Relic Observability platform by helping customers tackle their observability challenges.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Strong pre-sales experience with the high tech industry or product management.
- Hands-on experience in the monitoring space (APM, Digital Experience, Tracing, AIOps, Infrastructure, Logging, Kubernetes).
- Excellent organisational and project management skills.
- Background in software development, modern development, & operational/SRE practices.
If you have experience in APM languages such as Java, .NET, NodeJS, Python, Ruby, PHP or Golang, it's a big plus.
