About the Job

We are looking for a Pre-Sales Solution Architect to lead our Customer Adoption organisation and engage with Global Accounts.

Your Responsibilities

You will:

  1. Partner closely with Global Account Executives throughout the sales cycle.
  2. Perform deep enterprise-wide discovery to diagnose customer issues and develop an understanding of their current environment.
  3. Drive value through the New Relic Observability platform by helping customers tackle their observability challenges.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong pre-sales experience with the high tech industry or product management.
  • Hands-on experience in the monitoring space (APM, Digital Experience, Tracing, AIOps, Infrastructure, Logging, Kubernetes).
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills.
  • Background in software development, modern development, & operational/SRE practices.
Bonus Points

If you have experience in APM languages such as Java, .NET, NodeJS, Python, Ruby, PHP or Golang, it's a big plus.
