Job Summary:

We are seeking a Solution Sales Consultant to join our team at Teamwork Commerce. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales engineering and be able to effectively communicate the value of our product to prospective customers.

About the Role:

The Solution Sales Consultant will be responsible for delivering high-quality demonstrations of our product to prospective customers, working closely with our sales staff and clients to understand their business needs and workflows. This role requires excellent communication and technical skills, as well as the ability to think critically and develop creative solutions to complex problems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstration Delivery: Deliver high-quality demonstrations of our product to prospective customers, highlighting key features and benefits.
  • Mentoring Sales Staff: Mentor sales staff on product knowledge, ensuring they are equipped to effectively communicate the value of our product to customers.
  • Pre-Sales Support: Provide technical support during the pre-sales phase, ensuring seamless customer interactions.
  • Prospect Research: Research prospect requirements to ensure effective demonstration delivery.
  • R&D Collaboration: Collaborate with R&D teams to identify areas for product enhancement and development.
  • RFI and RFP Support: Participate in RFI and RFP processes to support the sales team.
  • Solution Architecting: Work with prospects and customers to architect comprehensive solutions.
  • Integration Requirements: Review integration requirements with prospects and existing clients, ensuring smooth solution implementation.
  • Project Handovers: Coordinate project handovers with the delivery team.
  • Product Updates: Stay informed on product updates and incorporate new functionality into demos as needed.
  • Knowledge Updates: Stay up-to-date with the latest product functionality and roadmap plans.
  • Demo Environment Maintenance: Maintain the demo environment, logging issues and ensuring the latest version is installed.

What We Offer:

As a Solution Sales Consultant at Teamwork Commerce, you can expect a competitive salary of $110,000 - $140,000 per annum, depending on experience.
