Sales Solutions Consultant

We're seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team in London or Heidelberg/Berlin as a Sales Solutions Consultant. In this role, you will play a key part in driving our growth by securing new corporate clients and expanding our presence within the sector. As a skilled solution seller with extensive experience in selling software products and research databases to Life Science, Pharma, and Biotech companies, you will leverage your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with key stakeholders and close deals.

This is a highly competitive opportunity for a motivated individual who can navigate complex sales cycles, demonstrate product value, and overcome objections. Key Responsibilities
- Sell workflow solutions or similar software products to corporate clients.
- Manage and influence multiple customer stakeholders, including R&D management and information libraries.
- Work closely with product managers, dedicated marketing experts, and local sales teams to drive sales growth.
- Secure meetings with senior key decision influencers (research leaders in Life Sciences, Directors, R&D managers).
- Demonstrate product value based on individual customer needs and overcome objections.
- Understand customer decision criteria and tailor activities to meet them.
What You Need to Succeed
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- Extensive solutions selling experience (software, research databases)
- Experience in selling to Life Science, Pharma, Biotech companies
- Excellent communication (reading, writing, speaking and listening) and interpersonal skills
- Trained in a solution selling methodology or similar
- Self-motivated, quick learner, disciplined time management and result-driven
- Entrepreneurial mindset
