We are Red Bull Technology, and we have an exciting opportunity for an undergraduate to join our IT Service Desk team based in Milton Keynes.
Main Responsibilities:- Customer Support: Provide high-quality customer support and develop strong communication skills.
- IT Issue Resolution: Work on resolving IT-related issues, including hardware setup and configuration, and technical problem-solving.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve processes and systems.
You will participate in project work, including hardware refresh and endpoint control updates, and assist with inventory management of software and hardware.
