Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to provide business support while enjoying the flexibility of a hybrid work environment.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and be able to work independently at a Board level. You will need to accurately record minutes, efficiently manage the Director's schedule and ensure all activities adhere to GDPR regulations.

You will be responsible for:

  • Minute Taking: Accurately record minutes during meetings and distribute them to relevant parties.
  • Diary Management: Efficiently manage the Director's schedule across multiple locations.
  • Report Preparation: Prepare monthly and quarterly reports, highlighting key discussions and actions.
  • GDPR Compliance: Ensure all activities adhere to GDPR regulations.
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Communicate effectively with various stakeholders and manage high-volume inbox with professionalism and efficiency.
Salary & Benefits

The salary for this position is approximately £28,800 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a range of benefits including a hybrid work environment and the opportunity to work as part of a small team of five Executive Assistants.
