Job Role

We are currently looking for a Youth Care and Development Specialist to join our team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with young people and make a real difference in their lives.

You will be working in a children's residential setting, providing care and support to young people who require it.

Key Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting young people in day-to-day activities
  • Promoting independence and ensuring their safety and well-being
  • Working closely with colleagues to provide a safe and nurturing environment
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A valid UK driving licence
  • An Enhanced DBS disclosure
  • The right to work in the UK
  • 6 months' experience in a similar setting

You will also need a desire to create positive outcomes and an empathetic nature.
