About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant to support a director who operates across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and be able to work independently at a Board level.

The role involves heavy minute taking during meetings, diary management and liaising with key stakeholders. You will need to accurately record minutes, efficiently manage the Director's schedule and ensure all activities adhere to GDPR regulations.

We are seeking someone with strong communication skills, who can effectively communicate with various stakeholders and manage a high-volume inbox with professionalism and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Minute Taking: Accurately record minutes during meetings and distribute them to relevant parties.
  • Diary Management: Efficiently manage the Director's schedule across multiple locations.
  • Report Preparation: Prepare monthly and quarterly reports, highlighting key discussions and actions.
  • GDPR Compliance: Ensure all activities adhere to GDPR regulations.
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Communicate effectively with various stakeholders and manage high-volume inbox with professionalism and efficiency.
Requirements

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • A confident minute taker with at least 1 year experience.
  • An ability to work independently at a Board level, supporting an Executive Director.
  • Proven experience in diary management.
  • A strong understanding of GDPR compliance.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
