About the Role

We're currently seeking an experienced Autism Care and Education Professional to join our team. As a key member of our care services, you'll play a vital role in supporting children with Autism in various settings.

Key Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing individualized support to children with Autism, focusing on their developmental needs, and creating personalized care plans.

Additionally, you'll:

  • Attend weekend activities, holidays, and trips with the children, promoting their engagement and enjoyment.

As a qualified professional, you'll:

  • Maintain accurate records of the children's progress, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies for growth.

You'll also:

  • Collaborate with other care professionals to ensure seamless support and coordination.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A minimum of 6 months' experience working with children or in a similar social care setting.

A valid UK driving licence is also essential for travel between locations. You must hold a current Enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to obtain one. Lastly, you must have the right to work in the UK.

What We Offer

In return for your expertise and commitment, we offer a competitive salary estimate of £25,000 - £32,000 per annum, as well as a range of benefits, including:

  • Excellent rates of pay (£12-15 per hour)
